摘 要:本文提出一种新型磁齿轮复合电机,该电机是将磁齿轮与游标电机相整合,使得游标电机的内转子与磁齿轮的外转子共同构成复合电机的低速转子,游标电机的输出转矩可以传输到复合电机的低速转子,从而提高了复合电机的输出转矩实现低速大转矩的直接驱动方式,同时充分利用了游标电机的内部空间,提高了复合电机的转矩密度。与此同时,电机的设计参数与原理将在本文给出。采用有限元分析法,对复合电机进行电磁分析。有限元的分析结果验证了理论分析的正确性。This paper presented a new magnetic-geared permanent-magnet motor, which was to integrate a magnetic gear into a PM vernier motor in order achieve low-speed high-torque operation in direct-drive syste- rm. In the paper, the low-speed rotor was composed of two devices ( the inner rotor of the PM vernier motor and the outer rotor of the magnetic gear), it could can increase improve the torque density by making full use of the the internal space of the PM vernier motor. Meanwhile, the torque produced by the PM vernier motor could transmitte to the low-speed rotor of the proposed motor, which could further the output torque. The de- sign and theory of the proposed motor was reported. By using the time-stepping finite element method (FEM), the electromagnetic performances of the proposed motor were verified. The FEM computation re- suits agree well with theoretical analysis.
