摘 要:首先建立了车用爪极发电机的场路耦合三维有限元模型,基于该模型使用Ansoft仿真软件分析其电磁场及径向电磁力波,得出力波峰值时的频率值;使用Ansys Workbench软件对定子铁心和带绕组的定子进行模态分析,得出其各阶固有频率,结果表明绕组对定子的固有特性影响较大。通过分析电磁力波仿真结果与模态分析结果,得出对发电机振动影响较大的频率点。这些工作对于在发电机设计阶段避免产生共振提供参考,并对分析电磁噪声奠定基础。First, a field-circuit coupled three-dimensional finite element model of vehicle claw-pole generator was established, then using the simulation software Ansoft to analyze the electromagnetic field and radial e- lectromagnetic force waves, wave peak draw force frequency value by means of this model; using Ansys Workbench software to analysis the modal of stator core and a stator with windings, the natural frequencies of its results show that windings has a greater impact on the inherent characteristics of the stator. By analyzing the simulation results of electromagnetic force wave and modal analysis, people can get the frequencies which had a greater influence on the generator vibration. These works provide a reference to avoid resonance in the generator design stage, and lay the foundation for the analysis of electromagnetic noise.
