摘 要:分析了BLDCM三相反电动势波形、三相端电压波形与电机转子位置关系。对BLDCM无传感器控制方式下转子位置的精确检测作出研究。利用电机转速、当前导通相、PWM频率与电机转子位置间关系,通过对电机逆变侧所通PWM脉冲进行计数,并采用校正算法来确定电机转子的精确位置。在Matlab/Sim-ulink下对该转子位置检测方法进行建模,设计了基于DSP F2812的BLDCM控制平台。仿真和实验对比验证表明,该类检测方法能准确得到电机转子所处位置,满足转子位置精确检测的精度与要求。The relationship among the permanent magnet brushless DC motor back EMF, terminal voltages and rotor position was analyzed. An accurate detection of rotor position for sensorless BLDCM was studied in this paper. Then a new method of accurate detection of rotor position based on the corresponding relation a- mong motor speed, commutating, PWM frequency and rotor position was proposed. Detection was guided by counting the PWM from motor's inverter side and a correction method was used to calibrate the accurate posi- tion of motor rotor. A simulation system based on Matlab/Simulink and a hardware system based on DSP F2812 were put up. Simulation and experimental results verified the reliability and utility of the detection method which could detect the rotor position rightly.
