摘  要:铁钼催化剂是甲醛工业生产中的重要原材料之一,其活性直接影响到催化剂的使用寿命和装置运行时间的长短。从催化剂的晶相结构原理及工业应用等几个方面对铁钼催化剂的活性进行了详细说明,阐述了催化剂活性从机理到工业化的影响因素,对进行催化剂的活性研究和工业化应用都有较高的参考价值。The iron-molybdenum catalyst is one of important original materials in the industrial formaldehyde production; its activity directly influences service life of catalyst and device running period. In this paper, from the aspects of catalyst's crystalline structure principle and industry application, the activity of the iron-molybdenum catalyst was elaborated; influencing factors of the catalyst activity were discussed from the aspects of mechanism and industrialization, which can provide some references for research and industrialization applications of the catalyst.
