摘　　要：分子筛脱蜡装置原料组分波动较大,在保留原有手动分析的情况下,采用在线质量监测技术,可有效增加对生产装置各种产品的实时控制,提高产品合格率,增强一线操作员对实际操作情况的实时监控,便于其及时、准确调整操作参数,减少脱C11-C13塔塔底C13的损失,提高轻液蜡产品收率,为企业带来可观经济效益。Application of the on-line quality monitoring technology in molecular sieve dewaxing device can increase the control capacity and quality of the products efficiently, which will decrease the loss of C13 from the bottom of the removing C11-C13 tower, increase the yield of light liquid wax, and bring great benefit for the enterprise.
