摘 要:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,研究旱季水肥管理技术三因素(品种、施肥量、灌溉强度)对葡萄柚果实营养品质的影响。经直观分析和方差分析综合评价,结果表明:旱季不同水肥处理对葡萄柚果实水分、可溶性固形物、Vc、总酸和还原糖含量变化具有明显提高。灌溉因素是影响果实水分、可溶性固形物含量的主要因子,品种因素是影响Vc、总酸、总糖和还原糖的关键因子。3种因素对果实可溶性固形物的影响均达到极显著水平,品种因素对Vc、总酸和还原糖的影响达到极显著水平,施肥、灌溉因素分别对总糖、还原糖的影响极显著。本试验中,葡萄柚果实营养品质最优组合处理为星路比施肥1kg灌溉2次/株/月。In order to understand the effects of water and fertilizer managements on grapefruit fruit nutri- tional quality in dry season, orthogonal experiment with three factors (fertilizer variety, quantity, and irri- gation intensity) was carried out. The results indicated that all the water and fertilizer managements sig- nificantly promoted fruit quality, such as the contents of fruit water, soluble solid, Ve, total acid, and re- ducing sugar. Irrigation intensity was the main factor for water content and soluble solid content. Fertiliz- er variety was the key factor for the contents of Vc, total acid, total sugar and reducing sugar. Three fac- tors contributed significantly to soluble solid content. Variety factor had the significantly contribution to Vc, total acid and reducing sugar content. Fertilizing and irrigation factors contributed significantly to to- tal sugar and reducing sugar. The optimal managements were to apply the fertilizer called "Star Ruby" with an amount of 1 kg, and to irrigate twice per month.
