摘　　要：通过系统地分析国内外生物质成型设备固化技术研究特点和存在的问题,提出生物质固化成型生产线中的固化成型原理和工艺、固化成型过程等关键技术研究,以及自动供料系统、水分监测与补偿系统和联控技术系统的固化成型关键设备开发建议。Technological characteristics and existing problems in making biomass briquette at home and a- broad were discussed. Design and development of the production line for making biomass briquette was proposed from the aspects of solidification principle and key technologies, and solidification process, etc. Development of the key units for the solidification of biomass was proposed, such as auto-feeding system, material moisture monitoring and making up system, and associative control system.
