摘  要:主要针对不同激素及浓度对红雪果硬枝扦插生根率、根长、生根数、根基径、株高、分枝数、分枝基径的影响进行分析。研究结果表明:不同激素及浓度对红雪果生根率、生根数、根长、根基径无显著影响;对株高、分枝数、分枝基径有显著影响;用清水处理插穗生根率最高,达87.14%,具有成活高、成本低的优势;用IBA100 mg/L处理的插穗株高生长量最大;用NAA 100 mg/L处理的插穗分枝数最多,适用于作为绿化树种使用的红雪果育苗。In this paper, the influences of Symphoricarpos orbiculatus 'Red Snowberry' with different hormone and concentration have been analyzed on the rooting rate, root length, rooting quantity, root base diameter, stem height, branch quantity and branch base diameter. The results show that there isn' t obvious influence for different hormone and concentration on the rooting rate, rooting quantity, root length and root base diameter of Symphoricar- pos orbiculatus 'Red Snowberry' , but there is obvious influence on stem height, branch quantity and branch base diameter. The rooting rate treated with water is the highest, reaching to 87.14%, with an advantage of high survival rate and low cost. The stem height treated with IBA 100 mg/L can get the highest increment. It can get the most quantity of branch to be treated with NAA 100 rag/L, which can be used in breeding seedlings of Symphoricarpos orbiculatus ' Red Snowberry' as a tree species for greening.
