摘　　要：采用现场挂片试验、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析和电化学试验等方法研究了连退板无磷转化的成膜性能的影响因素，分析了其容易锈蚀的原因，并提出了解决方案。This paper researches the influencing factors of phosphate-free pretreatment coating performance of the annealed steel sheet in virtue of he blade-hanging experiment, chemical composition analysis, SEM and electrochemical experiments. The reasons of bad corrosion resistance are analyzed and the solutions are proposed.
