摘　　要：在未成年人案件中引入恢复性司法,让未成年人认识到自身行为的社会危害性,主动承担犯罪行为所带来的社会责任,消除对被害人所造成的负面影响,一方面能够帮助未成年人重回社会,预防未成年人重新犯罪,另一方面也有利于社会关系的恢复和社会整体的和谐与稳定。Abstract： The introduction of restorative justice in the case of minors, could make minors realize social harmfulness of their behav- ior, actively shoulder social responsibility brought about by their come, and eliminate negative effects caused by the victims, which on the one hand can help minors to return to society and to prevent minors＇crime again, and on the other hand can also help for the recovery of social relations and the harmony and stability of the society as a whole.
