从社区参与视角探讨南靖田螺坑土楼群旅游可持续发展

摘　　要：社区参与旅游发展近年来受到很多学者的关注。居民作为社区参与最重要的主体,却普遍处于弱势地位,切身利益没有得到足够的重视和维护,这势必会影响旅游业的健康发展。本文以南靖田螺坑土楼群为例,采用问卷调查与观察访谈相结合的方法,分析南靖田螺坑土楼群旅游发展概况、社区居民参与旅游发展的现状及存在的问题,据此提出相应的对策,希望能对南靖田螺坑土楼群的旅游发展提供一些参考,促进世界文化遗产地的原真性保护和旅游可持续发展。Community participation in tourism development has been focused as an important element within the academia. As the core part of community participation, they are the vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in tourism development. The healthy development of tourism is influenced due to their basic interests have not been taken into consideration. To gain a rich understanding of the context, this paper employs a case study method （questionnaire survey, household survey, interviews, field observations, document analysis） to study this phenomenon. In particular, it analyses and explains the current situation of tourism development participation in the context of World Cultural Heritage Sites-The Tianluokeng Earth Buildings in Nanjing. This paper discusses the involvement of local communities in tourism to seek the countermeasures, hopes that it will be appropriate to the development of study field, which may potentially promote the preservation of authenticity and the sustainable tourism.
