山西传统民居屋顶装饰艺术探究

摘　　要：以晋商大院为代表的山西传统民居建筑,其屋顶的装饰艺术极具地域特色.作者通过实地调查,对山西传统民居的地域文化特征、屋顶装饰特征、屋顶装饰文化涵蕴等进行了研究,指出了传统民居屋顶的构造与装饰不仅包含着劳动人民丰富的想象力与创造力,也受到封建政权等级、礼制的制约.山西传统民居屋顶装饰艺术是一个时代历史文化背景的缩影,是当时社会生活的直观展现,也是政治与文化交融的产物.Compounds of Shanxi merchants are typical models of Shanxi traditional dwellings, whose housetop decorative art has strong regional features. Through field investigation, this pa- per studies regional culture features, housetop decoration features and cultural connotation of housetop decoration of Shanxi traditional dwelling. Based on that, it puts forward that structure and decoration of traditional housetops not only reflect rich imagination and creativity of laboring people, but also are ruled by feudal regime hierarchy and etiquette. Housetop decorative art of Shanxi traditional dwellings is the epitome of historical and cultural background of a time, a visu- al display of social life, and a blending result of politics and culture.
