普通中空玻璃外窗气密水密及抗风压性能试验研究

摘　　要：为了深入了解普通中空玻璃塑钢外窗的基本物理性能,制作了2樘外窗试件,并严格按照相关规范进行了气密、水密及抗风压性能试验.试验结果表明:普通中空玻璃塑钢外窗气密性能为正压7级和负压8级,水密性能为4级,抗风压性能为9级.各项性能指标均满足使用要求.In order to get some insight into basic physical performance of external window with common insulated glass, we make two frame specimens of external window and carry out experiments on performance of airtightness, watertightness and wind load resistance according o velevant standards. Results show that airtightness is at 7th grade of positive pressure and 8th grade of negative grade, watertightness is at 4th grade, and wind load resistance is at 9th grade. All performance indexes can meet operating requirements.
