摘  要:介绍了武钢首批试制的高强度核电用钢厚板手工电弧焊性能研究,按照第三代核电技术(AP1000)用钢提出的焊接技术条件,对36mm和48mm两种规格的核电用厚钢板进行了手工焊焊接性能试验,研究结果表明:采用E9018-G-H4R核电专用焊条匹配WHD585E钢厚板所得焊接接头综合力学性能优良,能满足第三代核电用钢提出的焊接技术条件。The research on the manual welding performance of high strength nuclear power steel thick plate with high strength developed by Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation for the first time was presented in this paper .In accordance with the welding technical requirements of steel set forth for nuclear power AP 1000 of the third generation ,the welding performance test was conducted for 36mm and 48mm nuclear power steel thick plates with manual welding .The results show that joints matching E9018-G-H4R specified electrodes for nuclear power steel with WHD585E thick plates are of good comprehensive mechanical properties ,which can completely meet the welding technical requirements of nuclear power steel AP1000 .
