摘　　要：某汽车配件公司生产汽车油管发生折弯开裂现象,采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜等对油管进行观察并分析开裂原因。结果表明:原双层卷焊管表面存在细小裂纹,在折弯过程中,裂纹在外力作用下发生了扩展,最终导致开裂。The bending and fracture of automobile oil pipes occur in a certain automobile mountings company .The causes of fracture were investigated and observed by the metallurgical microscope and scan-ning electron microscope .The results showed that the micro-cracks existed on the surface of double layer welding steel pipe and that the fracture resulted from the crack extension caused by external force in the course of bending .
