摘　　要：在系统梳理合作社绩效研究文献基础上,借鉴企业绩效感知测量思路,提出了符合中国情境的农民专业合作社绩效感知测量方法,并初步验证了其合理性。运用2009年和2011年在浙江省和四川省所做的田野调查数据,通过多元回归模型分析了成员参与下的合作社股权、惠顾和治理结构对合作社绩效所可能造成的影响。研究发现,成员资本和业务参与下的均衡股权和惠顾结构对合作社绩效的正面影响并不显著,成员广泛管理参与下的治理结构可能会对合作社的绩效产生一些正面作用。Based on literature on cooperatives＇ performance and perceptual measurement method for firm performance, the paper brings forward the perceptual measurement method for farmer cooperatives within Chi nese context and examines its rationa!ity.With field survey data collected in 2009 and 2011 in Zhejiang and Si chuan Province, the paper evaluates the possible impact of cooperatives＇ ownership structure, patronage, and governance structure on the performance by a multivariate regression model.The results highlight that equally distributed ownership structure and patronage structure in terms of members＇financial and operational partici pation are not beneficial to improving the cooperatives＇performance. However, the governance with wide mem bership involvement may have a positive effect on the cooperatives＇performance.
