摘 要:单根FRP筋粘结型锚具组件存在两类典型的破坏形式:FRP筋在自由长度内破坏和FRP筋从锚具中被拔出。第2种破坏形式是不允许发生的,它不能很好地反映出FRP筋的材料特性。在对传统的单根FRP筋粘结型锚具进行研究的基础上,设计出一种制造简单、锚固性能好的单筋锚具,并对6组树脂封装的单根CFRP筋组装件进行单向拉伸试验,研究张拉过程中CFRP筋材的应力——应变行为,得出其极限应力、弹性模量等。试验表明,设计的单筋FRP筋锚具进行组装件的单向拉伸试验可以得到FRP筋的力学性能,试件破坏状态良好。所作工作为各种FRP筋材的材性试验以及应用提供参考。There are two typical failure modes of bond -type anchorages of single FRP tendon: one is FRP tendon damaged in the free length; the other is FRP tendon pulled out from the anchorage. The second failure mode is not allowed to happen because it can not clearly show FRP tendon' s material properties. In this paper, based on the research of traditional single bond -type an chorage for FRP tendon, this study designed a single - bar anchorage, which is simple to made and has a good performance, and then carried out six groups tmiaxial tension tests of the resin encapsulated single CFRP tendon assembly to study the stress - strain behavior and reach the ultimate stress, elastic modulus of CFRP tendon, etc. Results show that the mechanical properties of FRP tendons with the single anchorage designed in this paper can be effectively gain and the failure mode is good. This work will pro vide a reference to the material performance tests and the application of all kinds FRP tendons.
