摘 要:为了研究普通级与SPF级新西兰兔肝脏及肠道病理、超微结构和肝功能的变化差异,从而为正确选择、应用实验兔开展相关科学试验提供参考依据,试验分别选择6只普通级与SPF级新西兰白兔,采集粪便经饱和盐水漂浮法检查是否感染兔球虫;采血测定肝功能生化指标;解剖兔取部分肝脏和十二指肠,制作切片后进行H.E.染色,观察病理变化和超微结构。结果表明:在病理及超微结构比较上,普通级兔肝脏、十二指肠均出现明显的变化,主要表现在普通级兔肝脏、十二指肠表面与实质出现大小、数量不一的球虫结节,结节病灶有大量兔球虫卵囊,侵入周围组织、细胞,进而影响肝脏、十二指肠正常的病理结构与超微结构。与SPF级兔相比,普通级兔肝功能相关的5项指标中有3项出现显著差异,2项出现极显著差异。说明普通级兔肝脏正常的机理功能受到影响,提示有条件时应选用微生物控制等级更高的SPF级兔开展相关科学实验。To study the variation differences of the pathology and ultrastructure of liver and duodenum with liver function between ordinary and SPF New Zealand rabbits, further provide scientific reference for correct selection and application of experimental rabbits when carrying out the relevant experiments. Six ordinary and six SPF New Zealand rabbits were selected, and the feces of these rabbits was examined to make an in- vestigation of coccidia infection. The blood samples were collected for measuring the biochemical indices of liver function. The rabbits were dis: sected to get parts of the livers and duodenums, which were cut into the sections for H. E. staining. And then the pathological changes and the ultrastructure were observed. The results showed that there were significant changes in the pathology and uhrastructure of liver and duodenum in the ordinary rabbits. There were many coccidian nodules with different sizes on the surface and inner of the liver and duodenum in ordinary New Zealand rabbits, which was the main change. Moreover, the coccidian nodules contained a lot of coccidia oocysts which could invade the sur- rounding tissues and cells, thereby affecting the normal pathological structure and ultrastructure of the liver and duodenum. Compared with the SPF rabbits, in all of five indexes related to the liver of ordinary rabbits, there were significant differences in the three indexes, and there were highly significant differences in the two indexes. These differences showed that the normal mechanism and function of the liver of ordinary rab- bits were affected. It is suggested that the SPF rabbits with higher microbial control level should be selected when carrying out relevant scientific research and experiment.
