摘  要:为了研究E-64对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟及胚胎发育能力的影响,试验在体外成熟基础液中分别添加0,1,5,10μmol/L的E-64。结果表明:与0μmol/L E-64相比,1μmol/L的E-64能显著提高绵羊卵母细胞囊胚率(P<0.05),5,10μmol/L的E-64能极显著提高其囊胚率(P<0.01),但各浓度E-64对绵羊卵母细胞体外成熟率、卵裂率及囊胚细胞数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。To study the effects of E -64 on in vitro maturation of sheep oocytes and embryo developmental capability, the different concentrations including 0, 1, 5, and 10 μmoL/L of E - 64 were added into the basic fluids of the in vitro maturation medium, respectively. The effects of effects of E - 64 on in vitro maturation of sheep oocytes and embryo developmental capability after in vitro fertilization were studied. The results showed that, compared with 0μmol/L of E - 64, 1 μmol/L of E - 64 could significarltly improve ( P 〈 0.05 ) the rate of blastocyst development from sheep oocytes; 5 and 10 μmol/L of E -64 could highly significantly improve( P 〈 0.01 )the rate of blastocyst development, but there were no significant effects ( P 〉 0.05 ) of different concentrations of E - 64 on the rates of in vitro maturation and cleavage rate of sheep oocytes, and the cell numbers in blastocysts.
