摘 要:为了能更加科学有效地利用小麦秸秆饲料,试验以装有永久性瘤胃瘘管、平均体重为28 kg的3只农户养殖育肥哈萨克羊作为试验动物,采用尼龙袋法对小麦秸干物质、有机物及粗蛋白质的瘤胃有效降解率进行了评定。结果表明:在瘤胃固相食糜平均外流速度为1.84%/h的条件下,干物质、有机物及粗蛋白质的有效降解率分别为42.56%、32.13%、53.31%,小麦秸在瘤胃内停留时间为31 h。To more scientifically and effectively utilize the wheat straw feed, three fattening Kazakh sheep raised by rural households with an av- erage weight of 28 kg, which were instaUed a permanent rumen fistula were used as experimental animals. The nylon bag technique was used to evaluate the effective ruminal degradation rates of dry matter(DM), organic matter(OM)and crude protein(CP) from wheat straw. The results showed that under the condition that the rumen passage rate of solid digesta was 1.84%/h, the effective degradation rates of DM, OM, and CP were 42.56%, 32.13%, and 53.31%, respectively. The rumen retention time of wheat straw was 31 h.
