滇西亚种树类风湿因子的测定及初步分析

摘　　要：为了测定滇西亚种树鼬血清中类风湿因子的含量，试验选择滇西亚种树嗣20只（雌雄各半），禁食12h后，非麻醉状态下心脏采血0．8—1．0mL，装入灭菌离心管中用于分离制备血清并用全自动生化分析仪（型号为Rochecobasc311）进行测定，采用SPSS统计软件对试验数据进行统计分析。结果表明：雄性滇西亚种树鼬血清中类风湿因子含量显著高于雌性（P〈0．05），滇西亚种树鼢类风湿因子测定值在人的参考值范围内。To determine the content of rheumatoid factor in serum of Tupaia belangeri chinensis, twenty Tupaia belangeri chinensis were selected, including 10 females and 10 males. After 12 h of fasting, 0.8 to 1.0 mL of blood was taken from the heart under no anesthesia, and then was loaded into the sterile centrifuge tube for the separation and preparation of serum. The Roche cobas c311 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to determinate the serum, and then the SPSS statistical software was used for the statistical analysis of the test data. The results showed that the content of rheumatoid factor in serum of male Tupaia belangeri chinensis was significantly higher（ P 〈 0.05 ） than that of the female, and the measured values of rheumatoid factor in Tupaia belangeri chinensis were within the human reference values.
