超短波辅助吉诺通治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超短波辅助吉诺通治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法将80例分泌性中耳炎病人随机分成实验组和对照组各40例，2组患者均给予常规药物治疗，实验组在常规用药的基础上加用超短波辅助理疗和吉诺通口服。2～3周后随访，观察患者治疗前后症状、体征、纯音测听和鼓室压图的变化，比较2组的疗效。结果实验组27例显效，8例有效，5例无效，总有效率为87．5％；对照组16例显效，14例有效，10例无效，总有效率为75．0％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。随着分泌性中耳炎病程的延长，患者疗效亦随及下降。结论口服吉诺通并辅助超短波治疗能有效提高分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效，对病史较短，不伴或鼓室内积液较少者疗效更好，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Gelomyrtol Forte assisted with ultrashort wave therapy on secretory otitis media （SOM）. Method 80 cases of patients with secretory otitis media were randomly di- vided into the experimental group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional medical treatment but oral Gelomyrtol Forte with ultrashort wave therapy were added to the treatment of the experimental group. After two to three weeks, symptoms, physical signs, changes in pure tone audiometry and tympanogram were observed during the follow-up examination before and after the treat- ment. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results For the efficacy of the experimental group, 27 cases were excellent, eight cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.5~; while for the efficacy of the control group, 16 cases were excellent, 14 cases were effective, 10 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 75.0%. The differences in the two groups were statistically sig- nificance （P〈0.05）. With the extension of the course of SOM, the efficacy of these patients decreased in tan- dem. Conclusion Oral Gelomyrtol Forte assisted with ultrashort wave treatment can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of SOM and this treatment has a better effect on patients of short SOM history without or with less tympanic effusion. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
