摘  要:目的微波消解-冷汞发生器-原子吸收光谱法测定山楂叶中痕量汞的方法研究。方法用微波消解法对山楂叶进行前处理,用冷汞发生器-原子吸收光谱法测定其中的痕量汞。结果微波消解过程中,消解试剂选择硝酸+氢氟酸(8:1)消化效果最佳,汞在浓度为10μg/L^50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999;方法检出限为0.041μg/L;测定汞30μg/L标准溶液相对标准偏差为2.24%;平均加标回收率为99.2%,相对标准偏差RSD%为2.12%,准确度良好。结论该方法测定山楂叶中痕量汞安全环保,简单快速,准确灵敏,具有良好的应用前景。Objective To establish a method for determination of trace mercury in hawthorn leaf by new cold mercury generation - atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion. Methods After pretreatment by microwave diges- tion system, trace mercury in several common Chinese herbal medicine were determined by cold mercury generation - atomic absorption spectrometry. Results When using the nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid peroxide reagent at the ratio of 8 : 1 as acid digestion reagent in the digestion process, the samples will be completely digested Wide linear re- lationship was achieved in the range of 10μg/L -50μg/L with relative coefficient of 0. 9999 and the detection limit was 0. 041 μg/g with RSD of 2. 24% formercury at 30μg/L, With respect to the average recovery was 99. 2% , relative stand- ard deviation was 2. 12% , RSD% accuracy is good. Conclusion The method determination of trace mercury in hawthorn leaves is safe environmental protection, simple and fast. accurate, sensitive and has a good anDlication tarosoect.
