血液回收在非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察血液回收在非体外循环下冠脉搭桥手术中应用的效果。方法将50例行冠脉搭桥手术的患者随机分为血液回收组和非血液回收组，每组25例。所有患者均以血红蛋白小于9g／dl作为输入异体血标准。统计血液回收组患者术中回收血量、洗涤红细胞量、洗涤红细胞压积（HCT）；统计两组患者围术期异体血输入量，所得数据用t检验进行数据分析。结果血液回收组平均每例患者回收血液1760m1、洗涤红细胞287ml，洗涤红细胞压积（HCT）0．45～0．60，血液回收组平均输入异体红细胞量2．46个单位，血浆266．66ml；非血液回收组平均输入异体红细胞量4．30个单位，血浆401．66ml，差别有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血液回收应用于非体外循环下冠脉搭桥手术安全有效，且能减少患者异体血输入。Objective To observe the application effect of autologous blood cell salvage in off - pump coronary artery by- pass graft operation. Methods Totally 50 patients were randomly divided into autologous blood cell salvage group （ ex- perimental group） and non autologous blood cell salvage group（control group） ,the two groups,with 25 patients in each group. Perioperative allogeic blood transfusion during the operation of each patient was recorded, and the above data were analyzed by t test. Results The volume of allogeneie blood transfusion was significantly less in the experimental group compared to the control group, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion Application of autologous blood cell salvage in off - pump coronary bypass graft operation can reduce the volume of allogeneic blood transfusion, it is safe and effective.
