摘　　要：基于院校实习图库的特点,探讨了海上实习综合信息管理系统的设计与实现方法。该系统通过资源共享,提高航海图书资料的利用率;建立快速高效的航海图书资料的查询、检索和借阅,并且实现航海图书资料的增减、及时更新和日常维护,保证了航海图书资料的现势性和准确性,对于实现航海保障模式的信息化、现代化有着重要指导意义。Based on the characteristics of the practical chart library,the design and realization of an Information Management System （IMS） for maritime practice has been discussed.Through the resource sharing,the utilization of nautical publications can be greatly improved.Meanwhile the fast and efficient query,retrieval and borrowing can be built,and the regulation,updating and maintenance of nautical publications can be realized.Therefore the up-to-dateness and accuracy of nautical publications can be guaranteed,which has guiding significance for the informatization and modernization of navigation support.
