公共事业管理人才培养创新模式研究——基于新旧专业目录比较的角度

摘　　要：教育部于2012年颁布的《高等学校本科专业目录》,对公共事业管理人才培养进行了新的调整。公共事业管理专业的国内外发展背景存在差异、现状基础体现了学前需求,应针对公共事业管理专业新旧目录的不同,确定多元化的人才培养目标、完善课程体系、加强实践教学建设等,来改革人才培养模式。A new adjustment on the undergraduate professional content was made in the ＂Undergraduate course catalog＂promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2012.After analyzing the public administration professional development background,current situation home and abroad, based on the differences between the old and new versions,this paper proposed to the training modes in three aspects：using diversified training objectives,improving curriculum system, strengthening the construction of practice teaching etc.
