摘　　要：利用马尔可夫链建立对商场销售率的预测模型,不仅可以预测商场销售率未来某一时刻的状态,而且还可以分析其发展的长期平衡销售率,可为决策者制定长远规划和提高商场竞争力提供定量依据。Through Markov chain research, this paper establishes a forecasting model of the market rate in shopping cen- ters. It can not only predict the future of a market rate of the state at all times in shopping centers, but also analyze the market rate of long-term equilibrium, so as to provide the quantity basis for decision-makers to formulate a long-term planning and to further improve the competitiveness of shopping centers.
