摘　　要：全国大学生机械创新设计大赛已经成功举行多届,它在促进书本知识和社会实践统一、提高学生综合素质方面起着重要作用。本文对参赛单位的校级组织模式进行研究,首先分析大赛的目的、特点;然后论述学生、指导教师、领导各方的作用;最后阐述务实、务虚和务需三者的关系。正确认识了这些,才能在大赛中取得好成绩,实现大赛的育人目标。The mechanical innovative design competitions for national college students, which have been successfully held several times, play important roles in promoting the unity of book learning and social practices and in enhancing college students＇ comprehensive qualities. Its school-level organization pattern is studied. At the very beginning, the purpose and characteristics of the competition are analyzed. Secondly, the effects of students, tutors and leaders are dis- cussed. Finally the relationship between doing concrete matters, searching influences and seeking requirements are ex- pounded. Only by correctly understanding the above contents can best performances be achieved and the educational aim of the competition be realized
