摘  要:本实验以模式生物果蝇为实验材料,包括红眼果蝇和白眼果蝇两种不同的品系,以0.05mg/mL、0.1mg/mL、0.5mg/mL、1 mg/mL四个不同浓度梯度的CuSO4染毒组以及空白对照组培养果蝇,以其F1代果蝇的生长发育速度、雌雄比例、亲本的生殖能力作为测量终点,探讨不同浓度的铜离子对果蝇的生长发育的影响。结果表明:1 mg/mL组对卵具有致死效应,在不致死浓度范围内,随着铜离子的浓度增加,果蝇从卵发育为成虫的速度越慢,且生殖能力越低。含有CuSO4的培养基培养的果蝇其F1代果蝇的雌雄比例也高于空白组。可见铜离子对果蝇具有发育毒性和生殖毒性。In our experiment, the model organism fruit flies were used as experimental animals, including the red eye and white eye strains. The fruit flies were exposed to four different concentrations of copper sulfate ,0.05mg/mL, 0.1 mg/mL, 0.5 mg/mL, 1 mg/mL and the blank control group. Then the growth rate and the ratio of female to male of the F1 generation, as well as the parental reproductive ability were calculated as measurement endpoints to explore the effect of different concentrations of copper ion to the growth and development of fruit flies. The results showed that the high concentrations of copper had lethal effect to fruit flies' eggs. At the same time in the non-lethal range, as the copper ion concentration increased, the fruit flies grew more slowly and the parental reproductive capacity receded. Finally the pro- portion of female and male of CuSO4 test group were higher than then blank control. So it' s definite of the growth toxici- ty and reproductive toxicity of the CuSO4 to fruit flies.
