摘 要:本文提出一种基于频移理论的桥梁预应力管道注浆缺陷定位方法。采用已知频段的可控震源信号(Chirp信号)在梁体预应力管道端头钢绞线断面处激发,沿梁体侧面钢绞线水平投影的走向等间距依次接收,对激发和接收的信号进行频谱分析,计算每个测点处对应的频谱质心位移值Δf,根据Δf的异常来判定测点处预应力管道的注浆情况。模型预应力梁板的验证实验表明频移方法可有效定位桥梁预应力管道的注浆缺陷并提高缺陷检测的效率。This paper presents a method on how to position the pre - stressed grouting defect of the bridge, which is based on the frequency shift theory. By stimulating the source signal of a known frequency (Chirp signal) at the cross section of pre- stressed strand, the signals are received equidistantly along the side of beam of horizontal projection of prestressed pipe. The spectrum of incident wave and received wave are analyzed, and the shift value tof can be calculated for each corresponding spectrum centroid. Grouting quality can be analyzed according to the abnormality of the tof. Experiments on models of pre- stressed beam show that the frequency shift method can effectively locate the bridge pre - stressed grouting defects and improve the efficiency of defect detection.
