摘　　要：本文立足张掖市玉米秸秆资源的自然禀赋,针对制约玉米秸秆饲料化利用的瓶颈因素,通过采取引进玉米秸秆青贮发酵促进剂等微生物制剂,集成配套和示范推广玉米秸秆饲料化利用一体化技术,成功实践并探索建立了"示范带动整体开发模式、合作社专业化运行模式、定单运行模式、一点对多源的秸秆收集贮运模式、技术承包服务模式、循环利用模式、行政业务双轨管理模式、校地合作模式"等八个玉米秸秆饲料化利用和高效运行模式,实现了玉米秸秆饲料营养品质和利用效率的最大化,初步形成以玉米秸秆青贮为主链的较为成熟的农作物秸秆饲料化利用技术体系。[Objective]Based on the corn stalks resource natural endowment of Zhangye City and the bottleneck factors in corn stalks feed utilization. [Method]this paper successfully built up the operation mode about high effective utility of corn straw feeding in Zhangye City through introduction microbial a- gents,such as corn stover silage fermentation promoter, strengthening research, integration, promotion and popularization in stalk feed utilization technology. After several years of practice and exploration. [Result]the authors had established the eight modes of corn stover feed utilization and efficient operation, such as demonstration overall development model, operation mode of the specialized cooperative, operation mode of the orders, storage mode of the straw collection, service mode of the technical contract, recycling mode, management mode of the administrative and operations, cooperation model of the colleges and local governments. [Conclusion]These modes maximized corn straw feed nutritional quality and utilization efficiency as well as give priority to corn straw silage in stalk feed
