摘　　要：阶梯式发展是事物发展的普遍规律,生态文明建设体现了阶梯式发展特征,需要将其放在阶梯式发展视域下思考。生态文明是人类文明阶梯式发展的新时代。我国认识生态文明经历了阶梯式发展过程。建设生态文明将经历不同的阶梯式发展阶段。阶梯式发展对生态文明建设具有重要指导作用,其目的是为提高我国生态文明水平提供新的理论和方法。Stepwise development is the universal evolution rule and ecotogteat elvlhzatxon construction re- flects the characteristics of it. Ecological civilization is the new era during the stepwise development of human civilization. China experienced a stepwise development for knowing the ecological civilization. The ecological civi- lization construction will undergo different stages of stepwise development. In order to provide new theories and methods for our country＇s construction of ecological civilization, Stepwise development plays an important role in constructing ecological civilization.
