摘　　要：近年来,江西大力推进生态工业园区试点建设,着力打造工业园区生态优势品牌,实现了经济效益与环境效益的共同增长,但依然面临产业关联融合度偏低、循环利用网络有待健全等诸多问题。在此基础上,设立出一套包含经济、社会、环境、管理四个要素在内的综合评价指标体系,提出从集聚集群集约发展、实施绿化提升与生态化改造、提升园区循环利用能力、创新园区环境管理和考核激励机制等方面进一步规范和加快生态园区建设。In recent years, Jiangxi promotes eco-industrial park construction vigorously and makes efforts to enhance the brand advantages of the eco-industrial park. It achieves synchronic increase of economic benefits and environmental benefits. Meanwhile. eco-industrial park is also facing some problems, such as the low industrial fusion degree, and the recycling system for improvement. This essay sets up a comprehensive evaluation system. which includes the economy, society, environment and management factors. In order to accelerate the eco-indus- trial park, we should pay more attention to the cluster development, the implementation of greening and ecological transformation, the improvement of the recycling utilization, the innovation of environmental management and the incentive mechanism.
