摘　　要：慢性疼痛是临床常见疾病,可由多种原因引起,常表现为难治性顽固性疼痛,严重影响人类健康。临床多种治疗方法疗效不佳。脊髓电刺激用于治疗慢性疼痛已有40余年历史,在方法学、患者选择、治疗机制探讨、治疗效果、临床适应证、禁忌证及并发症防治等方面积累了较多经验,也提出了较为规范的临床应用建议。近来又报道了脊髓电刺激联合局部软组织内神经电刺激用于治疗慢性疼痛,以及高频脊髓电刺激的临床应用,为慢性疼痛的治疗提供了新思路,本文对脊髓电刺激治疗慢性疼痛患者应用现状作一综述。由于脊髓电刺激疗法安全并较少副作用,应提倡该方法在临床上的应用。Chronic pain, a common clinical disease, caused by a variety of reasons, usually manifested as the refractory in- tractable pain, which seriously impacts on human health. Various ways of clinical treatments only achieved a poor effect. The history of spinal cord stimulation for the treatment of patients with chronic pain was more than 40 years. Many experiences of the methodology, patient selection, treatment mechanisms, therapeutic effect, clinical indications, contraindications, preven- tions and treatments of complications had been accumulated. More standardized clinical application suggestions had also been proposed. Recent studies reported that spinal cord stimulation combined with stimulation of nerves within local soft tis- sue was used to treat the patients with chronic pain. This combined with the clinical application of high frequency electrical stimulation of the spinal cord provides new idea for the treatment of patients with chronic pain. The paper reviewed the pres- ent situation of spinal cord stimulation for the treatment of patients with chronic pain. Due to the safety and less side effects of spinal cord stimulation, its clinic application should be advocated.
