摘　　要：煤矿井下紧急避险设施环境控制需备用电源,而国家对新型电池在井下使用持审慎态度,鉴于紧急避险设施空气净化制冷的无电源要求,研制了空气净化制冷一体机。详细地描述了空气净化制冷一体机的工作原理、结构形式、主要技术参数,并在12人救生舱进行了净化能力和制冷能力试验,得出温度、湿度、CO2、CO变化曲线,结果表明:空气净化制冷一体机满足12人舱CO2及CO快速净化能力,制冷量满足12人的热负荷需要,适用于煤矿井下救生舱和避难硐室。Abstract： Environmental control of coal mine emergency refuge facilities required standby power, but the National Safety Supervision Bureau was cautious on the using of the new battery in coal mine, because air Purification Refrigeration of Coal mine emergency required no power supply, therefore developed the air purification refrigeration integrated machine. The paper detailed description of the air purification refrigeration integrated machine working principle, the structure and main technical parameters,made a test of purification and refrigeration capacity in rescue capsule for 12 men , obtained the curve of temperature.humidity.CO2 and CO, the results showed that： the air purification refrigeration integrated machine meets the requirements of quick purification capacity of CO2 and CO in rescue capsule for 12 men , refrigeration capacity is sufficient for thermal loads of 12 men, it applies to coal mine rescue capsule and refuge chamber.
