摘 要:针对采煤机摇臂下降过程中出现的下降压力高、摇臂抖动而引起调高系统相关元器件损坏现象,设计一种新型带节流功能的液力锁替代老式液力锁。以流体力学分析作为理论依据,建立采煤机摇臂下降油缸腔体和回路压力平衡方程,找出结果改善因子。以某型采煤机进行试验,得到相关性曲线,与理论计算相符合,摇臂下降压力和抖动现象得到明显改善。The pressure is very high when shearer rock dropped and it can cause many hydraulic parts fault. To solve the problem we designed a novel throttle hydraulic lock and replaced the old. As the theoretical basis for fluid dynamics analysis, established the balance equation of hydraulic system and find the main factors which cause the fault. In the last, test with a type shearer and got the correlation curve, the result accordance with the theoretical. The phenomenon of high pressure and shake of rocker had disappeared.
