摘 要:为了掌握煤矿井下钻机的运行状态、及时发现问题,设计了一种基于CAN总线技术的煤矿全液压钻机状态监测系统,实现了对钻机状态信息的实时传输和在线显示,并满足井下防爆的要求。介绍了整个系统的硬件组成与构建,阐述了CAN总线的工作原理以及监测软件的结构层次和设计流程,并结合实验对系统的软硬件进行了检验。室内实验表明系统的测量精度和通讯速率均满足工作要求,工作性能稳定,可应用于煤矿井下钻机监测。In order to know the operation situation of coal mine drilling rig and find problem in time, a condition monitoring system of drilling rig is designed by using CAN bus technology for real-time transmitting and online displaying the state information of drilling rig. This paper discusses the composition and construction of the whole system hardware. It expounds not only the working principle of the CAN bus but also the structure hierarchy and the design process of software, and examines the system software and hardware by experiment. Laboratory tests indicate that the measuring accuracy and the communication efficiency of the system satisfy the requirements of work .The system is working stably and suitable to the drilling rig monitoring in coal mine.
