摘 要:近年来,高校科技项目与成果已成为反映高校综合实力和核心竞争力的重要指标。为改进高校科技管理手段,借鉴国内外的研究成果,结合高校科研管理实际,设计开发了基于B/S+C/S的高校科技协同管理综合系统。系统采用B/S+C/S结合模式,包括项目申报、项目管理、经费管理、成果管理、科技人员管理、机构管理、综合办公和系统维护八个主要系统功能模块;系统基于ASP.NET网络原理,选择Visual Basic.NET开发Web应用程序,并选用SQL Server 2005数据库管理系统建立数据库。该系统实现了高校内部科技项目与科技成果的高效网络化管理。In recent years, the science and technology project and achievements of colleges and universities have become the important index which reflects their comprehensive strength and core competitiveness. To improve university scientific research management tools, the collaborative management system based on B / S and C / S for university scientific research has been designed and developed, refer to the domestic and foreign research results and the actual situation of scientific research management. The Browser/Server and Client/Server architecture were used; eight major system function modules were included in the system, such as project application, project management, fund management, achievements management, personnel management, institutional management, official management and system maintenance. SQL Server 2005 database was selected, the development of Web applications were done by Visual Basic.NET based on ASP.NET network theory. Network management of university internal projects and achievements of scientific and technological was achieved.
