摘　　要：信息化条件下政治动员是一个复杂适应系统,呈现出动员主体多元化、动员对象全域化、动员节奏快速化、军民界限模糊化等特点,与外部信息环境的影响、互动体现得更为深刻明显。文中基于复杂适应系统理论,通过对信息化条件下政治动员的自适应性模型分析,提出了加强信息化条件下政治动员能力建设的几点对策。The political mobilization under the condition of informationization is a complex adaptive system which presents some characters such as： the diversification of mobilized subject, the rapid mo- bilization of rhythm and the dimly defined military and civilian line, etc. Meanwhile, its influence on external environment and its interaction with external environment both become more profound and clear. Based on complex adaptive system theory, through the analysis on the adaptive model of politi- cal mobilization under the condition of informationization, this paper puts forward some proposals to strengthen the ability construction of political mobilization under the condition of informationization.
