摘  要:目的:选用正交设计法对替硝唑与盐酸左氧氟沙星复方泡腾片的处方进行筛选,得出最优处方组成。方法:按正交设计L9(34)表安排试验,选择酸碱比值、酸碱总量%、填充剂与润滑剂的比值、崩解剂用量(%)为因素,每个因素选取3个水平,以崩解时限与外观光洁度为指标对替硝唑与盐酸左氧氟沙星复方泡腾片的处方进行筛选。结果:复方泡腾片的最优处方为:酸碱比值(0.8)、酸碱总量(90%)、填充剂与润滑剂的比值(7.5)、崩解剂用量(2%)。结论:按优化处方制备的替硝唑与盐酸左氧氟沙星复方泡腾片崩解迅速,外观光洁,无黏冲现象,稳定性较好。OBJECTIVE To select the method of orthogonal design for screening optimal prescription of tinidazole and levo- floxacin hydrochloride compound effervescent tablets. METHODS The experiments were arranged according to the orthogonal design L9 (3^4 ) table, choosing the acid base, the ratio of acid and alkali amount(%), specific value of filler and lubricants, dis- integrating agent dosage(%) for factors, each factor to choose three levels, with indicators of disintegration time limit and the degree of the sticking for screening prescription of compound effervescent tablets of indications and levofloxacin hydrochloride. RESULTS Optimum prescription of compound effervescent tablets was: the acid base (0. 8), the ratio of acid and alkali a- mount (90%), specific value of filler and lubricants (7. 5), disintegrating agent dosage (2%). CONCLUSION According to the optimization of prescription prepared tinidazole and levofloxacin hydrochloride compound effervescent tablets, the tablets disintegrated rapidly, appearance clean, no phenomenon of sticking and has good stability.
