摘  要:以矩形截面Z型薄壁弯梁为例,引入新型梁单元参数化模型建模方法,通过对薄壁梁进行碰撞分析提取了塑性铰的弯曲刚度特性曲线,将参数化后的弯曲刚度特性曲线赋予梁单元简化模型,实现了梁单元模型对壳单元模型的等效替代。在此基础上,应用均匀拉丁方试验设计方法,选取一定数量的参数样本点,建立了设计变量与弯曲刚度曲线参数之间的响应面近似模型,并采用连续二次规划的优化算法对梁单元模型进行了耐撞性优化。结果表明,采用新型梁单元简化模型代替详细的壳单元模型进行优化分析是可行的。A new type simplified beam model was created for thin-walled curved beam with box cross section. The bending stiffness curve of the thin-walled beam was derived and applied to generate the simplified beam model. Same crashworthiness analyses were performed on both detailed and sim- plified beam model to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the developed beam model. On the basis of that, response surface method was utilized to establish relationship among design variables and pa- rameters of the bending resistance, and sequential quadratic programming method was applied to opti- mize the crashworthiness of the simplified model. Judged from the analysis and optimization results, the detail shell model can be replaced by the simplified beam model.
