摘　　要：促进人的全面发展、适应社会需求是衡量大学人才培养质量的根本标准。这一标准的核心内涵在于促进人的主体性与社会性的有机融通,其价值取向在于树立科学的"全面观"和"适应观",促进人自由而富有个性、生动而又活泼地全面发展,培养支撑并引领社会发展的创新型人才。以重树大学的本体价值追求为导向的理念创新,以变革大学的人才培养模式为关键的实践创新,以完善大学的质量观测体系为保障的评价创新,是实现大学人才培养质量质量标准的基本路径。To promote the personal comprehensive development and adapt to the social need is the fundamental criteria of the quality training in college talents. The core meaning of the quality standards is to promote human subjectivity and social organic facility, which is to establish the scientific value orientation i.e. comprehensive view and fitness concept to promote human freedom full of individual, vivid, lively and comprehensive development. The goal is to support the social development and lead to the innovative talents. The basic path of realizing the fundamental criteria of the quality training in college talents is to again set forth the innovation concept of value-oriented pursuit in the college body, the innovation practice of training model in the college reform and the basic path of the training quality in the realization of college talents.
