任职教育课程中的演练式研讨教学法

摘　　要：本文介绍的演练式研讨教学法是将演练式教学法和研讨式教学法有机融合在一起的一种任职教育创新教法。教师带领学生在实际装备或模拟训练设施上开展操作演练后,学生和教师接着一起对演练结果进行研讨分析。在演练研讨过程中,学生的技术素养和指挥素养同时得到提高,实现从任职教育课堂到任职岗位的无缝链接。Practice-based deliberative teaching is a new teaching mode of career-oriented education trom the orgamc integration of the practice teaching and deliberative teaching. First, the teacher guided the students to perform the operation of practice equipments or the simulators. Then, the students and the teacher deliberated together the results of the practice. In the practice and deliberation, the qualities of technology and command of the students are improved at the same time, providing seamless linking between the classroom and the working.
