摘　　要：随着公共财政体系的推进,财政效率越来越受到社会的广泛关注。地方财政效率欠佳导致贫富分化问题难以解决。如果地方财政效率不提高,国家经济的长远发展将受到阻碍。提高地方财政效率,缩小贫富差距迫在眉睫。With the establishment of the public ifnance system,efifciency of ifnance has gained more and more public attention.Local ifnancial efifciency is too low so that the polarization between the rich and the poor is dififcult to change. If the local ifnancial efifciency is not improved,the long-term development of the national ecomomy will be hindered.To improve the ifnancial and to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor is very urgent.
