摘　　要：近年来,农村资金互助社充分利用自身"小、快、灵"的优势,在支持"三农"发展中发挥了积极的作用。但在成长过程中面临的问题和困难也日益凸显。本文在调查研究基础上,针对发展中存在的问题进行深入剖析,就如何实现农村资金互助社可持续发展提出相关对策建议。In recent years, rural fund cooperatives make full use of their own ＆quot;small, fast, the spirit of＆quot; advantage, play a positive role in support of the ＆quot;three rural＆quot; development. But in the face of growing up in the problems and dififculties are also increasingly prominent. In this paper, on the basis of investigation and study, analyzes the problems existing in the development, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to realize the sustainable development of cooperatives in rural ifnance.
