摘 要:对气相防锈纸的定义、核心成分、应用、缓蚀机理和生产工艺进行了介绍。在此基础上,从气相防锈纸核心成分的研究、新型通用气相防锈纸的研究和多组分气相防锈纸3方面对国内外气相防锈纸的研究现状进行了阐述。国外关于气相防锈纸的研究较国内详尽,且以纸张浸渍或涂覆高效、低毒型缓蚀剂制成气相防锈纸为主。我国在环保低毒型气相防锈纸上的研究虽落后于国外,但在植物型水性无毒气相缓蚀剂、多组分通用型环保气相防锈纸的研究领域较为突出。研究指出,无毒新型、通用型为我国气相防锈纸的未来发展趋势。The definition, core components, application, corrosion inhibition mechanism and production processes of volatile corrosion inhibitor paper are introduced. On this basis, the research status of volatile corrosion inhibitor paper are explained from three directions. It is the study of core components of volatile corrosion inhibitor paper, the new universal volatile corrosion inhibitor paper studies and other relevant research. The foreign research about volatile corrosion inhibitor paper is exhaustivenesser than domestic. It's mainly about impregnated or coated with high efficiency or low toxicity volpor phase inhibitor on paper to made volatile corrosion inhibitor paper. The domestic research of environmental toxicity vapor corrosion inhibitor paper are lagging behind other countries, but in the research areas of plant-based non-toxic and multi-component universal vapor corrosion inhibitor paper is more prominent. To sum up, the future developing trends of volatile corrosion inhibitor paper are the study of new non-toxic volatile corrosion inhibitor paper and universal volatile corrosion inhibitor paper. At the same time, trying to improve the relevant laws and regulations are also necessary.
