镁基铁水炉外脱硫工艺的试验研究

摘　　要：叙述了镁基铁水炉外脱硫工艺技术研究的简要过程,分析了镁脱硫的原理及影响镁脱硫的因素。试验结果表明:镁基炉外脱硫工艺可行,该工艺具有设备简单、投资低、脱硫效率高、渣量少、铁损低和成本适中等优点。该试验研究的成功打破了国外认为用镁基脱硫剂进行脱硫,只能在100t以上,喷吹深度大于2m铁水包内进行的论断。Investigation on process of hot-metal desulphuration with Magnesium desulfurizer in hot-metal bottle was introduced Desulphuration principle and influence factor were analyzed Results showed that experimental process was practicableness,the process had advantage of simple equipment,low investment,good effectiveness of desulphuration,low slag,low iron dissipation etc The process could desulphrize in hot-metal bottle with 100 t dow measure of capacity and 2 m down depth
