摘  要:借助化学分析法和X射线衍射仪对KRG W1型粉状石墨进行测试 ,发现这种石墨不但石墨化度高而且固定碳高达 99.99% ,同时含有一定量的菱面体石墨。以KRG W 1型粉状石墨为碳源材料 ,在超高压高温条件下 ,可以合成出粗颗粒高强度金刚石 ,其中SMD系列金刚石比例高达 36 0 0 % ,大大优于片状石墨的合成效果。From the measurements of chemical analysis and X-ray diffraction of KRG W1 powdered graphite, it is found that this graphite has not only a high degree of graphitization and a fixed carbon content of up to 99 99%, but also contains a certain quantity of rhombohedral graphite. It is possible to synthesize high strength coarse grained diamond with KRG W1 powdered graphite as raw matercal under high temperature and high pressure. The yield percentage of SMD series diamonds is 36 00%, which is much better than that with flaked graphite.
