摘 要:分析了褐煤流态化温和干燥过程,以褐煤表面水脱除率和黏附加重质量为考察指标,研究了干燥温度、热气流量、干燥时间、表面水、入料粒度等因素对褐煤干燥特性的影响.结果表明:干燥温度、干燥时间对褐煤表面水脱除影响显著,可根据褐煤表面水分确定干燥温度和干燥时间;表面水分为0.8%的较难选褐煤,在干燥温度85℃,干燥时间2min时,表面水脱除率可达94%,可能偏差E值为0.046g/cm3,干燥褐煤在未脱介前的黏附加重质量仅为0.12%;相同条件下,褐煤入料粒度越大,表面水脱除率越低,黏附加重质量越大.The fluidized drying process of lignite under mild conditions was analyzed. The effects of surface moisture, drying temperature, hot air flow, drying time and particle size on the drying characteristics of lignite were investigated by measuring the removal efficiency of surface water and the quantity of adhesive medium solids. The results show that the drying temperature and time affected the drying of lignite significantly, which were determined by the surface moisture. The removal efficiency of surface water increased continuously with the in- creasing of drying temperature and time. For the lignite difficult to separate with surface mois- ture of 0.8%, the removal efficiency of surface water reached up to 94% and E value of 0. 046 g/cm^3 at 85 ℃ for 2 min. The quantity of adhesive medium solids was only 0.12% before de- medium. Under the same conditions, with the increasing of the particle size of lignite, the re- moval efficiency of surface water decreased and the quantity of adhesive medium solids in- creased.
