摘　　要：采用热量计算和试验证明,在黄血盐钠生产工艺系统中,由于泡罩蒸氨塔后氨气带入吸收塔的热量不足,在运行过程中影响了黄血盐钠的质量。通过强化沉降操作,定期更换母液,并在系统中增设过滤装置,将过热蒸汽通入吸收塔底部,改善了黄血盐钠的质量。The thermal calculation and the test have pr oved that because of short heat introduced into absorption tower by ammonia behi nd bubble cap ammonia stiee towers the quality of yellow sodium prussiate is inf luenced in the production process system of yellow sodium prussiate.Through stre ngthening precipitate operation,periodicity changing mother liquid,equiping filt ering device in this system and introducing over heat steam into the bottom of a bsorption column,the quality of yewwlow sodium prussiate can be improved.
